Integurative Breathwork has been promulgated by Jacquelyn Small, LMSW, the Founder of Eupsychia Institute, Austin, Texas.
Haruo Noto, a representative of Eupsychia Institute of Japan was trained berathwork by Jacquelyn Small. And Eupsychia Institute of Japan uses specific breathwork and bodywork techniques to clear out physical, mental and emotional blocks or stresses. When we are aware of our conditions of our body and mind, we naturally can be more energetic, purify emotional blocks, and improve our physical health. Integrative Breathwork is one one the most essential way to create physical and psychological well being. |

Eupsychia Institute Japan started in April, 1989 in Tokyo, Japan, with programs for developping personal improvement and contribute to the "Eupsychia" world of Mazlow's idea. Eupsychia Institute Japan holds Not only Breathwork but also Bodywork, Outdoor workshops, and activities for social contribution as "Eipsychian". In 1994~98, Eupsychia Institute Japan had a research on indoor environmet , and submitted a treatise about "Sickhouse Syndrome in Japan" to the Japanese Society of Clinical Ecology. From 1998, Eupsychia Institute Japan began to teach Child Care Support Programs for childcare professionals. Eupsychia Institute is the pioneer in the field of Breathwork and Bodywork in Japan, and has disseminated the idea of healthy housing and Babymassage all over the country. Our activity were introduced by lots of massmedia, like NHK, TV-Asahi, NTV, Fuji Terevision, and National newspaper, radio stations, and so on. |

Haruo Noto has been a representative of Eupsychia Institute of Japan since 1989, working with individuals, groups, and families in a variety of therapeutic and healing techniques. For fourty years he has worked as a Bodywork Therapist in Los Angeles and Tokyo. And for around thirty years, he is using Breathwork and Bodywork techniques with his clients. He learned various kinds of Breathwork in the US and introduced these techniques to Japan. He studied under Jacquelyn Small, Stanislav Groff, Gey Hendrics, and Sandra Ray. He had Breathwork workshops at Los Angeles as a workshop leader, and served as a facilitator of Breathwork workshops in West and East Coast in the US. He is an auther of 7 books and taught Breathwork and Bodywork at Nanzan University and Nanzan Junior Collage in Nagoya for twenty six years, |

■Akiko Noto Akiko Noto has been working as a facilitator of Eupsychia Institute of Japan with Haruo Noto for thirty years. She learned Reichan Breathwork in Esalen Institute. She also studied under Jacquelyn Small, Stanislav Groff, and Gey Hendrics. She had Breathwork workshops at Los Angeles with Haruo. And served as a facilitator of Breathwork workshops in West and East Coast in the US. For twenty six years, she taught Breathwork and Bodywork at Nanzan University and Nanzan Junior Collage in Nagoya. She served as a lecturer at Tokyo University several times and the Institute of National Public Health for four years. She is a co-auther of 6 books with Haruo Noto. |
