This Breathwork involves intentional breath, carefully selected music, and Bodywork to create mental and physical healing energies. In a safe environment, participants can be allowed to be full of energy and spontaneously healed emotion, psyche, and somatic body. Since the old days, cultures of East and West have used breathwork and bodywork as steps to self awareness and self actualization. Both of them are powerful and transformative practices those can aid in healing and help us open the way to personal transformation. Integrative Breathwork workshop is an experiential one and offers you a bridge between Oriental tradition, Western psychology, and the ancient Mithology. THE INTEGRATIVE BREATHWORK HELPS US RECOVER FROM OLD TRAUMAS. No matter how much we repress old traumas, our memory is stored in the unique memory system of the physical body. During the developmental years, most of us did not learn the skills needed to deal with our feelings effectively. Emotions that were not processed are still stored as chronic muscle tension or as unfinished business files in the mind influencing our ability to be Authentic. The integrational process through the Breathwork frees our body-mind by creating an understanding and experience of our individual emotional anatomy.
